General Terms
- Participants must carefully review, read, and understand the directives and recommendations provided by Wandering Souls for participating in any event, including any safety manuals. Participants acknowledge that Wandering Souls has not given any warranties (expressed or implied) regarding the safety and fitness of the use of the goods used for the event and that any warranty in this regard has been disclaimed.
- Taking part in any event contains certain inherent risks. Participants agree to participate in any event entirely at their own risk and accept that the event organisers are not liable for any loss, damage, claim, expense, injury, or accidents that may arise during the course of the event, in any manner whatsoever. Participants must abide by the instructions of Wandering Souls, its personnel, and any other authorised representatives designated by Wandering Souls. Each participant is solely responsible for their property and actions.
- Participants must be 18 years or older and fully competent to understand these terms and conditions. For participants under the age of 18, guardian consent is compulsory; therefore, a guardian or parent must countersign a consent/waiver form.
- Participants understand that any and all photographs, motion pictures, recordings, and/or likenesses captured during the event become the sole property of Wandering Souls. They grant the right, permission, and authority to Wandering Souls and its designees to use their name and any such photographs, motion pictures, recordings, and/or likenesses for legitimate purposes, including but not limited to promoting, advertising, and marketing activities. Participants further understand that Wandering Souls and its designees have the full right to sell and/or profit from the commercial use of such photographs, motion pictures, recordings, and/or likenesses.
- Participants understand and agree that Wandering Souls will not be held responsible for the damage or loss of any valuables brought to the event.
- Wandering Souls reserves the right to decline to accept or retain a participant in the event at any time should their actions or general behaviour impede the operation of the event or be detrimental to the rights or welfare of the event, any person, or themselves. Similarly, if their conduct violates any policy or procedure of the event, participants understand that they may be required to leave the event at the sole discretion of Wandering Souls.
- Wandering Souls reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel the event or any aspect thereof if it determines that any person is or will be in danger if the event or any aspect thereof is continued.
- Smoking and drinking alcohol are strictly prohibited during events.
- Participants should avoid wearing gold and other jewellery during any adventure or sports activity.
- A planned activity or programme may be cancelled or revised depending on the weather or any other unavoidable circumstances.
- Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wandering Souls for any losses, claims, damages, or costs suffered by it as a consequence of relying upon their statements above.

These terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai.
Force Majeure Clause
- Wandering Souls shall not be held liable for any failure to perform, or delay in the performance of, any obligations under these terms caused by events beyond our reasonable control (“Force Majeure Event”). This includes acts of God, natural disasters, war, strikes, pandemics, lockdowns, government actions, and any other unforeseen circumstances that make it unsafe or impracticable to carry out the event as planned.
- In the event of a Force Majeure, Wandering Souls reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or modify the event without liability or obligation to refund participants. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the event or offer an alternative trip.
Liability Limitation
- Wandering Souls, its employees, agents, representatives, and partners shall not be held responsible for any direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental damage, injury, illness, loss of life, financial loss, or property damage resulting from participation in any event. This includes any loss or damage resulting from delays, accidents, negligence, or other circumstances outside of Wandering Souls’ control.
- Our total liability to any participant shall not exceed the amount paid by the participant for the specific event, trip, or service. Any claims against Wandering Souls must be made in writing within 30 days of the event’s conclusion.
Insurance Disclaimer
- Participants are strongly advised to obtain appropriate travel, health, and accident insurance that covers adventure activities, trip cancellations, and unforeseen events prior to attending any Wandering Souls event. Wandering Souls does not provide any insurance coverage, and any costs related to medical treatment, evacuation, or repatriation will be the sole responsibility of the participant.
Behaviour and Conduct
- Participants are expected to act in a respectful and responsible manner throughout the event. Disruptive, inappropriate, or dangerous behaviour (including verbal or physical harassment, damage to property, and failure to follow instructions) may result in immediate removal from the event without a refund. Participants agree to comply with local laws, customs, and cultural practices of the places visited during the event. Any illegal activity or behaviour that endangers other participants or local communities may be reported to authorities and may result in removal from the event.
Environmental Responsibility
- Wandering Souls is committed to responsible tourism and environmental sustainability. Participants are required to follow Leave No Trace principles and other best practices for reducing their environmental impact. This includes avoiding littering, respecting local wildlife, minimising waste, and conserving natural resources during the event. Wandering Souls reserves the right to remove any participant found violating these principles without refund.
Third-Party Vendors & Services
- During some events, third-party vendors may provide certain services, including transportation, accommodation, and activities. While Wandering Souls makes reasonable efforts to partner with reputable providers, we cannot guarantee the performance or safety of these third parties. Any issues or disputes regarding these services must be addressed directly with the provider, and Wandering Souls is not liable for any third-party negligence or failure to deliver services.
COVID-19 or Health Protocols
- Due to the ongoing global health situation, all participants must adhere to any public health measures, including mask-wearing, social distancing, and vaccination requirements, as mandated by the relevant authorities or Wandering Souls. Participants are responsible for checking and complying with the entry requirements and restrictions of the destination, including quarantine or testing obligations. No refunds will be given for failure to comply with such regulations.
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations(Trips of Durations of More than 4 Days)
- If cancellation is done by the participant prior to 45 days of the event, 10% of the advance amount will be deducted.
- If cancellation is done by the participant prior to 30 days of the event, 50% of the advance amount will be deducted.
- If cancellation is done by the participant prior to 15 days of the event, 100% of the advance amount will be deducted.
- If cancellation is done by the participant prior to 7 days of the event, 50% of the whole trip amount will be deducted.
- If the cancellation is made by the participant between 7 and 15 days prior to the event, 50% of the total trip amount will be deducted.
- If cancellation is done by the participant within 7 days of the event, 100% of the whole trip amount will be deducted.
Cancellations(Events/Trips of Duration of 3 – 4 Days)
- If cancellation is done by the participant prior to 30 days of the event, 10% of the advance amount will be deducted.
- If cancellation is done by the participant prior to 21 days of the event, 50% of the advance amount will be deducted.
- If cancellation is done by the participant prior to 15 days of the event, 100% of the advance amount will be deducted.
- If cancellation is done by the participant prior to 7 days of the event, 50% of the whole trip amount will be deducted.
- If cancellation is done by the participant within 7 days of the event, 100% of the whole trip amount will be deducted.
Cancellations(Events/Trips of Duration of less than 2 Days)
- A cancellation charge of 15% will be deducted from the booking if cancelled 2 days before the event.
- No refund will be granted if cancelled within 2 days of the event.
Refund Policy Clarifications
- No refund (partial or otherwise) will be made if you voluntarily leave or drop out of a trip for any reason after the trip has begun. No refunds will be made for any accommodation, transportation, sightseeing, meals, or services not utilised.
- Flight costs, wherever applicable, are to be considered fully non-refundable.
- You can book your seat for a particular event by paying the advance amount (wherever applicable) or the full amount for the same. We do not recommend paying in cash at the time of the event.
- Registration is only confirmed once we receive your payment
- In case of a bank transfer, please mention your name in the remarks section and email the payment details to wanderingsoulsindia@gmail.com with the event name as the subject line. We recommend booking our trips from our website – wanderingsouls.in.

In the event of a dispute arising from or relating to these terms, the participant and Wandering Souls agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good faith negotiations. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Mumbai, India, according to Indian arbitration laws. Both parties agree that arbitration shall be the exclusive method of resolving disputes, and the decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
