Tour Plan
Day 1: Welcome to Tbilisi!
- Arrive at Tbilisi International Airport, complete immigration and customs formalities, and collect your luggage.
- Meet your trip lead in the arrivals hall and transfer to your hotel.
- Get assistance with check-in (standard time: 2:00–3:00 PM) and enjoy some free time to unwind and refresh.
Day 2: Exploring Two Capitals – Tbilisi & Mtskheta
- Breakfast at the hotel and departure around 10:00 AM.
- Visit Mtskheta, Georgia’s ancient capital and spiritual hub.
- Explore Jvari Monastery and Svetitskhoveli Cathedral.
- Visit the Trinity Cathedral, one of the world’s largest.
- Head to Old Tbilisi for a guided walking tour starting at Europe Square.
- Visit Metehki Church and take a cable car ride to Narikala Fortress.
- Admire the iconic Mother of Kartli statue.

How will you contact me once I register?
- After registration, we’ll send the trip details via email. A WhatsApp group will also be created two weeks before the trip for easy coordination and updates.

- Any additional expenses arising from unforeseen circumstances, such as cancellations, roadblocks, landslides, strikes, or other natural causes beyond human control, as well as any emergency evacuation costs, will be borne by the travelers.
- In the event of a cancellation due to circumstances beyond control (e.g., natural calamities, riots, political uncertainty, public transport failures), refunds will be issued according to the applicable refund policy.
- Wandering Souls will not be responsible for any losses incurred for bookings or arrangements (train, air, bus, taxi, hotel, or camp extensions) made independently by clients/participants.
Cancellation Policy
- If cancellation is done by the participant prior to 45 days of the event, 10% of the advance amount will be deducted.
- If cancellation is done by the participant prior to 30 days of the event, 50% of the advance amount will be deducted.
- If cancellation is done by the participant prior to 15 days of the event, 100% of the advance amount will be deducted.
- If cancellation is done by the participant prior to 7 days of the event, 50% of the whole trip amount will be deducted.
- If the cancellation is made by the participant between 7 and 15 days prior to the event, 50% of the total trip amount will be deducted.
- If cancellation is done by the participant within 7 days of the event, 100% of the whole trip amount will be deducted.
