Tour Plan
Day 1: Touchdown in Almaty
- Arrive in Almaty at 2:45 PM, complete immigration formalities, and reach your hotel by 5:00 PM.
- Check-in, freshen up, and head out to explore Green Bazaar and Arbat Street.
- Enjoy dinner at an Indian restaurant.
- Return to the hotel and unwind for the night.
Day 2: Explore Almaty – Parks, History & Sweet Treats!
Day 3: A Scenic Adventure – Charyn Canyon, Kaindy Lake & Kolsai Lake
- Early morning departure with a packed breakfast from the hotel.
- Transfer to Charyn Canyon (2.5-hour drive), followed by a scenic walk and photo stops (1.5 hours).
- Continue the journey to Kaindy Lake & Kolsai Lake (3-hour drive).
- Stop at Kaindy Lake in Saty Village for breathtaking views and photos (1 hour).

How will you contact me once I register?
- After registration, we’ll send the trip details via email. A WhatsApp group will also be created two weeks before the trip for easy coordination and updates.
What is included in the trip package?
- Your package includes group airport transfers, accommodation for 4 nights on a double-sharing basis with breakfast, and guided activities as per the itinerary. (Please refer to the trip details for a full list of inclusions and exclusions).

- Yes, we strongly recommend travel insurance to cover any unexpected events like trip cancellations, medical emergencies, or lost luggage.

Disclaimer
- Any additional expenses arising from unforeseen circumstances, such as cancellations, roadblocks, landslides, strikes, or other natural causes beyond human control, as well as any emergency evacuation costs, will be borne by the travelers.
- In the event of a cancellation due to circumstances beyond control (e.g., natural calamities, riots, political uncertainty, public transport failures), refunds will be issued according to the applicable refund policy.
- Wandering Souls will not be responsible for any losses incurred for bookings or arrangements (train, air, bus, taxi, hotel, or camp extensions) made independently by clients/participants.
Cancellation Policy
- If cancellation is done by the participant prior to 45 days of the event, 10% of the advance amount will be deducted.
- If cancellation is done by the participant prior to 30 days of the event, 50% of the advance amount will be deducted.
- If cancellation is done by the participant prior to 15 days of the event, 100% of the advance amount will be deducted.
- If cancellation is done by the participant prior to 7 days of the event, 50% of the whole trip amount will be deducted.
- If the cancellation is made by the participant between 7 and 15 days prior to the event, 50% of the total trip amount will be deducted.
- If cancellation is done by the participant within 7 days of the event, 100% of the whole trip amount will be deducted.
